Settlement of claims
The client receives a notification by e-mail or SMS with the details of the settlement of their claim. Apart from being able to accept or reject, they can attach data such as the bank account on which the settlement will be made.
Premium Updates
The client receives the document by e-mail or SMS that shows the new conditions of the contract. Evicertia puts it on record, as well as the possible acceptance or rejection of it, and the comments in case of rejection.

The entity can send the update of the conditions of a policy using any of the means at its disposal: e-mail, SMS or mailing address. Evicertia certifies the content of the communication, the recipient and the date/time of shipment.

Evicertia makes a recognition validation and OCR of the document, as well as a facial matching between the photograph of the document and the image of the selfie. All the elements are certified.
In all cases, Evicertia generates, guards and certifies the content of the documents and communications, the issuer’s identity, the recipient’s identity, the acceptance or rejection, the signature method, as well as the time at which each one of the steps has been performed.
